Here’s something that I finally learned after being hit over the head several times:
Some people just want the info and they want it now, in the shortest possible way. (This is an EXAMPLE, and does not pertain to any particular info!)
Show up at 7 a.m. at 31st and 8th. We’ll take care of the rest.
